My child is 3.4 years old .doesn’t speak much . He only speaks few words , mumma papa baba and all but not consistently.when we try to encourage him to speak , he stay silent and eventually starts crying, however , when he is with his friends or very excited or happy he does say some words and even murmurs . Is there any concern about that . He is good in all the activities and quite independent,
