A. You should quit breastfeeding to the Child as it is going to be very very important because if you continue breastfeeding the child in your child is only going to be dependent on that so and also get the haemoglobin levels checked for the child I think it would be due to lower level of haemoglobin as wellWrite Your Answer Here
