my child is 20 months completed...he is not at all speaking sometimes he will say only mummy papa that's it..

yes, seems normal
now a days,as there is early exposure to screens like tv mobile iPad etc kids are learning to speak lately
so it should be normal
instead of screen, please spend quality time with your child
play different games, sing rhymes and read stories with your child,it will help
