my child is 18 months old and she is not eating at all even I'm giving her lot of variety in her food then also she refuse to eat

A. hello actually at this stage it is quite normal no need to worry just try to give deworming syrup every 6 month once and also do Nazar utarna once in a while it happens like once the weather or the season changes they will become very fuzzy sometimes they will eat nicely sometimes they will reject completely and this is that age like between 1 year 2 2 and half years they will be very fuzzy
