My child has this type of spots in face is it due to hot or any other reason ,he gets too much irritated

A. this is a pustular swelling. there is pus accumulated beneath the swelling. there is a possibility that you emay require antibiotics to decrease the infection which has caused formation of pus. so kindly visit the doctor. for pain you csan give paracetamol as well as ibugesic if needed. if the swelling burst and pus comes out you can apply t bact cream
