Q.

my child has been suffering from fever and cold for the last 3 days. I've given paracetamol already but it's not working after giving paracetamol fever down for 5-6 hrs hardly and after that again fever ups. what should I have to do? is there any antibiotics I 've to give with paracetamol...

A. This can occur due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changess around child. For cold / running nose give syp allegra 5 ml twice daily to the child. (Helps in decreasing running nose and cold) Prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal sasline drops every three hourly for nasal congestion and block. For wet coughing you can give syrup ascoril LS 5ml twice daily to the child Indirect steam help in decreasing coughing For fever and pain give paracetamol Go for home remedies like Tulsi Ginger honey diluted with water combination and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day. Give warm water to drink.
