A. How old is your child ? Keep giving him iron / calcium Some children do it because of attention deficit also

A. Hi mom This is pica in babies which is due to nutrient deficiency. it can be due to iron calcium or zinc deficiency. consult your doctor for the same as he will prescribe supplements after the proper evaluation of the baby
