my child boy is 5years old and there is bleeding through stool passing so plz suggest me what shold i do

A. happens due to dehydration and lack of fibre diet. start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day. offer more liquid and fruits to improve appetite and digestion
