Q.

my child 27 months baby boy. he is not speaking more than 5 to 7 word like mumma,no,waa,baba... can he is have some issues to speak??? plzz answer my question sir/mam

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye coontact then do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. Try to avoid TV mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

A. Nope If your child is speaking certain words that means there is nothing wrong with the speech of your child it could be little delayed but sometimes kids normally pick up after the age of 3 to 3 1/2 years also so it’s absolutely normal don’t worry about it
