my cervix is very strongso far I have competed 39weeks what should I do to induce labour pain

You ask your doctor to do a sweep stretch which is going to be quite beneficial in inducing labour within 24 hours to 48 hours naturally after that the labour can go a little long but you will definitely be in the labour and accordingly the doctors can take next step
