whenever there is confusion regarding the treatment given by your doctor and if you are not satisfied with the answers you can always take a second opinion of another doctor of the same field.
weather a particular investigation or treatment is proper or not can be confirmed only after taking relevant history and doing proper examination of the child which will be done by the second doctor.

Well for this you’ll have to check with your doctor they only can tell you whether the black marks are going to subside or not if there’s any car removing cream or anything which is going to be helpful in removing these marks because such products are available so best to check with your doctor for clarity
