Q.

My breastmilk supply decreased drastically during my viral fever. Can I increase it back? Or there’s no chance. 4months postpartum , it has been 4 days since the supply is low. #asktheexperts

A. You can take a lactation supplement I would recommend you to take fenugreek capsule the Satari powder they are going to be good for you to be taken they usually help a lot and also have plenty of fluids and good amount of protein diet that’s important
