#asktheexperts hi I am 2 months 20 days old baby mother. my milk supply got drastically decreased. i want to increase the milk supply, can you please assist me.

A. Hi mom drink jeera water to boost ur milk supply. or have shatavari with warm milk two times a day. increase ur water intake as this also helps to increase milk. the more u feed the more milk production will be there
