Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if the red spot in the eyes fcomes again and again and is not improving on its on in next two or three days and the child is also having complaints then it is advisable to maintain hygiene of the eyes and meet your doctor for proper diagnosisg and treatment because it can be either due to allergy or infection

These bumps are usually rounded, and often have red flares around them. They are usually called hives, but are sometimes called wheals, urticaria or nettle rash.
