My boy is10 weeks old could you please advice how often I need to feed him. sometimes he will sleep more than 4 hours without feed. is that fine? he always active and sleeps only 9-10 hours per day. how can I confirm my milk is enough for him

Newborns need to be fed 8-12 times every 24 hours. Once you’ve got the hang of it, most feeds take 20 minutes or so. But in the early days and weeks, they might take up to an hour. As your baby grows, the time baby takes to feed will reduce. And for most babies, the number of feeds will reduce too.
The best way to know whether your baby is getting enough milk is to look at their nappies and weight gain. Signs that your baby is getting enough milk are that your baby brup comes
