hii my baby is getting sleep more than 4 hours he is not even taking feeding in between what shall I do he is not even little bit awake to take feed is it ok for these hours baby is not getting feed

A. wake up 2 hourly. better to show to specialist always as they get the correct diagnosis. try to avoid self and extra medication that will only complicate this and create more damage to the child
