My boy is upper lips is so dry always I had put lip balm every day but not cure what can I do

A. hi parent please keep yourself well hydrated use simply purified water having tds higher than 450 take sunbathing daily with head and ears covered in the morning but not under cloudy sky please take nutritioous diet.
