Hello Ma’am Don’t give poha it’s a little difficult for a child to eat you should be introducing to after the age of nine months or eight months now you can give khichadi mashed banana mashed potato vegetable soup vegetable purée pumpkin soup fruits curd Paneer cheese oats ragi all these things are good to go for
