my boy is 3 year old but when there is someone birthday n cake cutting ceremony goes and people sing birthday song and clapping , he gets upset and start crying n shouting loudly I can understand what is this .mostly he start crying n throw things when people talk loudly or clapping

Talk to your child and try and understand what is the problem with your child is your child or wanting to have a birthday party and not having it or there is something that bothering you are joining to every birthday party yet if you are unable to understand and find out the right result then I think a counselling would be a good idea with a doctor
