my boy have fever with loose motions since 2 day's.. now his lips & toung is red... he didn't eat normally... is this normal?

A. not normal. might be he is having mouth sores. offer him lots if ckear fluids, snd it isbetter to get the evakuation done, consult ur doctor for tge same. t. c
