my beby girl is 23 months old she had fever last 15 days dr iv fluids and antibiotics through iv but after urine culture report there are overgrowth of candida species?plz tell sir what can we do?

A. along with medication it's important to maintain hydration also clean the area with water and keep the area dry after passing urine everytime maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output
