NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. hello if the baby is gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and is absolutely nothing to worry and make sure the baby is getting sufficient breast milk and if the bm is not sufficient then you can gve infant formula milk
