my babys lips are pale sometimes. and lips skin comes off.

it happens because of dehydration,dry skin, nutritional deficiency etc
so please keep your child well hydrated
avoid giving RO water
apply thin layer of ghee or Babyhug lip balm on it.
maintain good hygiene
