My Babys birth weight was 3.1kg and she is on exclusive breastfeeding now. last month her weight was 4.585kg and and now she is 4.66 Kg. her height has increased as per range but weight has not increased doctor has suggested to give iron drops twice a day. she will be turning 3.5 months in 4 days. wil iron drops solve weight gain issue of my baby??

A. good evening the weight seems to be fine as per the current age of the child you don't have to worry about that I would recommend you to just give mother's milk exclusively and continue the supplements as prescribed
