My baby girl is 4 months and 7 days old. Her birth weight was 2.7kg. After 4 months her weight is only 5.4 kg. She is on exclusive breastfeed. What should i do to increase her weight?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear the weight of the child is fine the weight increases by approximately 500 grams each month 6 months of age make sure to exclusively breast feed the baby for the initial 6 months of age
