my babybhas fever coming and going what to do how much gap is compolsary

A. hi parent ur kid 91 m old and having fever , u may give oral paracetamol along with tepid sponging with wet cloth, make sure duration between 2 doses of paracetamol is at least 4 hours... monitorl temperature of the child with thermometer target temp less than100 degree fahrenheit
