Q.

My baby will turn 1 year old after 4 days, he is 10.2kgs. He used to eat proper food 1 chapati pulses veggies, eggs rice whatever i used to feed him he used to eat it from past 1 week, he is not eating properly he just eats 1 or 2 bites and then he spits everything out, simply spits each bite. I am really tensed what should i do?

A. Hello dear parent, as per your baby's age his weight is absolutely normal. Also babies are in habit of showing least interest in eating food. So do nkt worry. Give food in a gap of 3 to 4 hours and give in small portions only. As that will help in eating less and frequently thus increases appetite.
