*till when he learns the proper way of feeding with a special bottle that has been recommended by docs …?
*how will I feed him solids?
*till when he will learn to breathe without any pressure will he or not?

yes , your concern is valid
but here I suggest some points that may help you and your baby:
1.to prevent breathing issue, you may place your baby on his stomach,this position will help to keep his airway open but please don't keep your child unattended
and please keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding and sleeping.

time duration for learning to take feeds from bottle depends on many things like the bottle u use, your baby's learning ability or the technique you use for this
