My baby while walking he fell down and hit his forehead and it is bulged and reddish in colour. What to do. Can anyone please tell me what to do

A. apply ice pack on the area where there is a swelling. apply it a couple if times. it will help. ideally it should come down with that. take care when baby is playing around.
