Q.
My baby was suffering from vomiting and loose motions and higher fever. I have given the prescriptions but yesterday his fever went as high as 102.9 so I gave mental p and Crocin and since morning he’s very cold and temp dropped to 96.6. What to do please guide. Should I give him salt?
