Q.

My baby was hyperactive kid she was hot during evening times Morning to evening she very active and playing evening times she was very hot and silent ...this s happening past 4 days and still now... what's the reason???

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. This can be due to teething in the baby. Please give homeopathic medicine bc21 to the baby. Also rub baby gums with clean cotton cloth. Please give semi solid food items like bananas and mashed apples and mashed potatoes to the baby. Start giving formula milk to the baby. Thanks and take care
