Q.

My baby was having latching problem when she was in 1st month.I was having good amount of breast milk and i used to feed the baby by expressed milk. My baby is able to latch now but my milk was reduced very badly. Iam able to express only 50ml per day even though iam taking 3l fluids, oats and lactare tablets thrice daily. Iam feeding my baby with formula milk. Any suggestions to increase the breast milk supply ?

A. You’re already doing the best that we normally suggest a mother to do so that is enough if you are doing that and yet if it is not helping me maybe the body is not supporting you so consult or lactation specialist if they can guide you with something otherwise you will have to continue with formula feeding only
