my baby was born 3.105kg and is 6 days old. is breastfed. and today is 6days old weighing 2.8kg. what should i do

During jaundice little bit of weight can go down which is fine if your child has already suffered with jaundice but now your child is fine now you feed the child of the weight increases to 500 g minimum then it would be a healthy weight otherwise you can start giving formula milk for better weight gain
