my baby was 3 months old his motion is not free what should I do?

Nihita mittalMom of 3 children4 years agoA. good evening try to make changes on your everyday diet it will help the baby through your milk I would recommend you to try to have hands like papaya black raisins jaggery Honey with warm water all this will help the child to your milk
