my baby vomiting daily at night and he has phlegm ,also doing ghora ghora sounds sometimes,he has big stomach

A. Check with your doctor what is going to be the right medicine if your child is having cough and they will tell you what medicines are meant to be given to the child along with that picture that you have posted is actually indicating towards umbilical hernia
