Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for vomiting you can give drops domstal or drops perinorm 2 to 3 drops half an hour before feed and then wait for 15 to 20 minutes and then you can give feeding.
during this time please keep the child in an uprightx position.
vomiting medicines can be given maximum 3 times per day if required.
it is important to meet the doctor to rule out any obstruction and regurgitationd and reflux issues in the child
