My baby vomit after every feed what to do please suggest

It maybe due to gas... it is ok if the baby vomits... it will be the excess milk which comes out... as they grow their stomach will become bigger and they will feel better as they grow ... please continue feeding the child at regular times ... nothing to worry about it
