my baby upper teeth decaying.... although his lower jaw teeth is all right why it's sooo...how can I stop them

U Should immediately consult a paediatric dentist she can tell you how do you need to go about it because decaying of teeth at this age is not a very healthy sign they could be issues in for the time also so please get it checked with a dentist as soon as you can
