A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to offer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity xof milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animalx milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. Start with small amounts: Begin by offering small amounts of cow's milk mixed with breast milk or formula. Start with a ratio of about 3 parts breast milk or formula to 1 part cow's milk and gradually increase the proportion of cow's milk over time.Offer in a cup: Introduce cow's milk in a cup rather than a bottle to encourage your child to develop good drinking habits and transition away from bottle feeding. Use a sippy cup or an open cup with handles for easier handling.Monitor for allergies or sensitivities: Watch for any signs of allergic reactions or digestive issues after introducing cow's milk, such as rash, hives, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain. If you suspect your child may have a milk allergy or intolerance, consult with a pediatrician before continuing to offer cow's milk.Gradually replace breast milk or formula: As your child becomes more accustomed to the taste and texture of cow's milk, gradually replace breast milk or formula with cow's milk in their diet. Aim to have them transition fully to cow's milk by around 14 to 16 months of age.Offer a balanced diet: Ensure that your child continues to receive a balanced diet that includes a variety of foods rich in nutrients such as calcium, vitamin D, iron, and protein. Cow's milk should complement, not replace, other nutritious foods in your child's diet.Limit quantity: Offer cow's milk as part of a balanced diet but limit the quantity to no more than 16 to 24 ounces (480 to 720 milliliters) per day. Drinking too much milk can fill up your child's stomach and may lead to decreased appetite for other nutritious foods.
