Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 7 m old girl2 weeks agoA. It’s okay I must tell you currently the child can have an entire set of teeth by completing the time of three years so currently doesn’t look like a problem but if you feel that progress is really very slow that case you can consult your dentist
