Q.

my baby tears always roll from right side of the eye compare to left eye even when he is sleeping and not crying , I've observed that the right eye shed more tears is it normal or something to be concerned off..?

A. that is common This occurs due to nasolacrimal duct obstruction which is very Common in children at this age It occurs due to obstruction of pathway (nasolacrimal duct) from eyes to the nose for which eyes massage is needed regulagrly and this problem goes away with increasing age of the child meet your doctor for more information and also go through various videos which will also tell you how to massage the eyes to decrease the obstruction.
