my baby talking 8-10 days for bathroom? is this safe or not

A. Bathroom what do you mean by saying bathroom is it urine or is it motion and you have to give a clarity when you ask a question so if you’re talking about urine it is extremely unhealthy and if you talk about motion it’s normal for a child to have constipation at this age
