my baby stomach..back and palms are hot..what could be the reason

Its Just could be normal want to take the temperature of the child if it is below 99° fahrenheit that means it is not fever normal in the body temperature can be warmer than usual also for kids but till the time it is beyond 99° it is not fever so don’t worry about it
