my baby speech delay and he is nothing to understand what to I do

If the child is not understanding anything that is not a speech delay that’s probably delayed to the mental growth of the child with the child is unable to understand anything so I would suggest you to consult a child psychologist regarding the situation they can help you properly as per the issue
