my baby son is 24 month having low immunity ,which reason for randomly cold and cough,what should be do

A. The best home remedy I feel that usually works is giving milk with turmeric and pinch of black pepper and if you want you can add 2 teaspoons of dry fruit into that along with that if you avoid junk and sugary food for the child and give basic home-made food to the child with fruits vegetables everything healthy nothing is better than that in life
