my baby sleep continue for 6 to 7 hour in night...she is just 12 days old ..is there any issue...or I have to wake up her every 2 to 3 Hour for breastfeeding?

A. you can wake once a night . Breast feeding should be exclusive till 6 month of age of baby if possible . If not feasible then only top milk should be given . After 6 month can start wil rice and dal water along with top milk .
