my baby skin is very sensitive..... rashes apper all over the body.... what should i do??

it happens because of many reasons like allergy to something like fabric food or cosmetics, infection ,heat or sweating or dry skin.
so please dress your child in cotton clothes.
keep your child well hydrated.
offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet.
keep an eye on your child's diet.
skip suspected cosmetics.
keep your child in well ventilated room.
maintain good hygiene.
apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on Rashes
