my baby skin got this bumps what to do? iam not sure what he is allergic to

A. Its Mostly heat rashes analogy which is common with kids at this age if you want you can start applying calamine lotion in this particular area and you will see with the passage of time things are going to be better so for initial time apply two times in a day for at least 5 to 7 days
