my baby she is 17months n not yet started talking she doesn't speak anything is this normal or she is suffering from autism pls advise something n when she will start talking bcz other kids at this age they talks

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. most of the babies by this age will be having one syllable is like mama papa Dada etc if the baby doesn't have any vocabulary unit consult a doctor
