My baby's weight at birth was 2.8 kg, now after almost 4months complete her weight is 4.76 kg. She is exclusively on breastfeed. Is my baby underweight? How can I increase my baby's weight?

A. it's okay generally the birth will become double by 5. months of age and 3 times by the end of a year of age there will be little bit variation

A. baby has good wt gain as baby should double the birth wt at 4 to 6 months baby should be three times the birth at completely one yr it is exclusively breast feed recommended for 6 months..
